4. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

BoltMore does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately.

4.1 Managing Athletes Under 18

BoltMore enables verified academies to manage athletes under the age of 18. We require that:

  • Parental or legal guardian consent is obtained before creating an athlete profile for anyone under 18.
  • Academies act as data controllers for athlete data and are responsible for data accuracy and consent records.
  • Data collected is used solely for participation, safety, and performance tracking within BoltMore.

We reserve the right to request proof of consent or to suspend accounts where consent verification is not met.

5. Accessibility Compliance

BoltMore strives to ensure our platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to comply with WCAG 2.1 AA standards and continuously work to improve accessibility.

6. Anti-Discrimination Policy

BoltMore prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any of its activities or operations.
