BoltMore respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our service, please notify our copyright agent as required by the DMCA. Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, BoltMore has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our service and/or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

4. Content Removal Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, BoltMore will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will make a good faith effort to notify the user who posted the content, providing them with a copy of the DMCA notice and information about submitting a counter-notification.

5. False Claims

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. BoltMore reserves the right to pursue damages against anyone who submits a false DMCA notice.
