1. User Accounts & Profiles

When you create an account on BoltMore, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

Fighters must maintain accurate fight records, training credentials, and contact information. Falsifying credentials may result in account suspension.

2. Event Registration & Tournaments

When registering for martial arts events via BoltMore:

• Your fight history and stats are shared with event organizers
• You certify all provided information is accurate and current
• BoltMore is the registration platform, not responsible for event operations
• All fees are non-refundable unless specified by the organizer

3. Data Protection & Privacy

BoltMore protects your data while ensuring necessary information is available to organizers:

• You control visibility settings for your public profile
• Event results are recorded in fighter profiles unless otherwise requested
• Academies maintain responsibility for the accuracy of their listings
• We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute data security

4. User Code of Conduct

As a BoltMore user, you agree to:

• Maintain sportsmanlike conduct in all platform communications
• Report accurate fight outcomes and records
• Respect decisions of event officials and organizers
• Not engage in fraudulent matchmaking or ranking manipulation

5. Payment & Financial Terms

Financial transactions on BoltMore:

• Event registration fees are processed securely through our platform
• Donations to campaigns are non-refundable
• Academy service payments are subject to their individual refund policies
• We use industry-standard encryption for all financial transactions

6. Academy Responsibilities

Academies using BoltMore agree to:

• Provide accurate information about facilities and services
• Maintain up-to-date class schedules and pricing
• Honor commitments made through the platform
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner

7. Changes to These Terms

We'll notify all registered users of significant changes to these terms via email and in-app notifications. Continued use of BoltMore constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
